LHD v RHD Seats

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with this question?

My friends 206 cc (April 2002) is a LHD car and the drivers seat stitching has given away badly. Does anyone know if the Passenger seat from a RHD car is the same as a Drivers seat in a LHD car, or are there extra controls/fittings etc?

Does his have the airbags in the seat

Hi, yes it has air bags in the seats.
