Horn Stopped Working

Post by bela »

My horn isn't working and I have checked the fuse and that isn't the problem. Is there any thing else obvious to check / change before it goes to the garage? MOT due on Friday. Thanks

What about the horn itself. Put 12 volts directly through its terminals. If it doesn't work you need a new horn.

Leave it to the garage then. Shouldn't be too expensive.

Think you need to remove the plastic trim under the corner of the bumper that also forms the front part of the wheel arch covdder to access the horn.

Will need torx screwdriver or socket.

Cheers buddy! Presume where still talking drivers side. Guess I'll have to take as much trim as I can off to try and find it :(
