really need advice about hiitting curb.

Post by droptop »

I hit a curb on the front passenger tyre side about 40 ph and steering has gone on that wheel . apart from the wish bone being damaged what is the worst that could of happen as dont want any nasty costs when i get it towed to the garage - from a broke student who really needs advice.

well looks like as you said know way of knowing with out checking it out. thanks again mate, you have shed some light on action i need to take. prob being paronoid but as the muppets the insurence company sent the car to said they want 2 grand to fix it !!! baring in mind these mechanics also said that the car needs further investigation but that quote was based on the steering being gone on that side which dont make any sense as it wont steer when the its damaged that side obviously. Spent alot of time previously fixing this car up from the time i purchased it and they are making it sound like i have damaged the chassis of something.

Thats not possible from hitting the curb is it?

you from london mate?
