Retro Fit Auto Wipers and Lights

Just wondering if its possible to work out what wires on the loom do what so it can be wired up to an aftermarket stereo.

Need to find a wiring diagram lol.

You will have to make a set of phonos that can go ontO the loom too
I gave up in the end and just put a amp kit in and had a custom box made
