Hi. I can get hold of second hand stalks and window sensor from a breakers, but I am not sure if the visibility pack was available as an option when my car was made. I understand that the multiplex system was adopted in Oct 2002, so mine isn't multiplex.

Hi mines an 02 plate, and started life as an "s" its now got all the stuff an "Allure" has on it...
now it has auto lights, wipers and DEATC and leather and a 2.0l instead of a 1.6, so definitely do-able!

Thanks for the response, did your car already have the bsi/ multiplex system in place? The problem I have is that my car is a March 2001 so does not have multiplex. I am trying to work out if its possible to retro fit auto wipers and lights to a non multiplexed system.

Re: Retro Fit Auto Wipers and Lights
I think it needs to be multiplexed.
I had my windscreen replaced recently and they asked me if I had auto wipers or not. So it sounds like you will need a replacement windcreen as well.
Multiplex cars have a com 2000. Non multiplex have a BSI.

Found the parts. So now need to work out the wiring. I have also bought a JBL sub box but if this requires me to totally re-wire the audio circuit then it will probably find its way back on to fleebay

Think it's more hassle than it's worth to fit the jbl box
And if u change ur head unit you can't use it after
I was offered the full package from a breakers but too much hassle to fire in

Re: Retro Fit Auto Wipers and Lights
Do you mean the power/ground cables plus the audio leads ?
I had an active sub in my 306 cc and wired it that way from the head unit.
