HELP! Loud noise from boot?

Well.....

Love the car apart from 2 things im worried 'bout.

When I go over a bump, i appear to have a loud bump coming from the rear of the vehicle, is this normal is is my back end falling off?

I do expect more road noise, but this could be louder than that me thinks....

Any help for a new owner.....

Oh its a 52 1.6.

hi redstar maybe worth checking the exhaust pipe incase any brackets have snapped (redkev)
