re program key fob

hi all
how do you re program the key fob for the central locking
its the type with two blippers and no led
i have done loads of searches and everything comes back to fobs with one or two buttons and an led
its got a new battery fitted and still starts the car

im confused

Page 69 of owners handbook.

Switch off ignition.

Switch the ignition on again.

Press button A (the larger button).

Switch off the ignition and remove the remote control key from the ignition lock.

The remote control should now be working again.

Ah as the famous Meerkat says> Simple! . If I got a spare key from ebay etc would the same apply and it would then work with my vehicle? Thanks
