Vibrating Clutch Pedal & Screaming Clutch ?

I searched clutch - many posts go as far back as 2006 but didnt see anything specific to what I experienced today.

Did a 200 mile round trip on Friday night. Saturday morning, started car and heard a faint screach for 3 seconds but wehnt on my way and did a 30 mile round trip.

Did 8 miles today, parked up, popped in shop came out and set off. 1 minute down the road my clutch pedal was vibrating so fast it was tickling my foot through the sole of my trainers. Made me giggle as I am ticklish :drunk: :rotfl:
Seconds after when putting clutch down to change gear/brake got this very loud high pitch screaching.
Drove the 8 miles back home and the pedal still vibrating like mad and screaching when slowing down, putting clutch down or braking.

any ideas? :D :thumbs:

clutch release bearing is eating through the clutch plate. clutch coming up very soon if you ask me :(
