2002 206cc aircon/heater fault

hi everyone, the aircon/eco/heaters in my pug 206cc have been kicking in and out when they want now they seem to have stopped! on the way home today they worked but now won't work, they display is fine and all buttons seem to be working fine but no fan?!?!?

please help with this, any advice greatly appreciated, thanks people

Sorry, no experience of this. Would suspect a temperature sensor playing up, or maybe a fan relay. Guessing really though.

hey guys had the same thing on mine the fan didnt work for heat or ac changed my fan motor under the dash left hand side . it has a black and red wire if you look up under your dash you will see it its a black motor. its has 1 or 2 screws and it unclips. . the motor switch is build in to the motor .on the 206cc. hope this helps you

h.i if the fan stopped workin 100% you need a fan motor.a new one or second hand one. they will be about £50 old one or £200 4 a new one . very easy job to do . just a clip and and pull 2 the right and will pop out . 206cc have two wires on the motor one for ac the other one the heat . you can use a 206gti one or a 307 all the same fan motors hope this helps you out :thumbs:

Guys my mrs has a 206CC and it seems she has the same prob, the centre console heater control unit is working, but no fan at all! Also though on the dials there is no movement on the water temp gauge!?! Could anybody send me a pic of where the fan is and how to get into it, would really appreciate anybodys help on this.

hi you have 2 take the glove box out and the motor will be on the upper right . you will see the wires i was talking about red and black . there is a clip that can be hard to pull out once you have done this . u have to turn ot right or left cant rem what way hope this helps you . will take you about 20 mins to do the job . hope this helps you out , ,, early post i put left side sorry.
