My peugeot 206cc has had a malfunction on the seat runner, it looks like a small spring clip has broken off and the seat is now sliding up and down the runner. Ive spoken to a few local peugeot dealers but unfortunately they all seem clueless. Has anyone come across this problem before? Im currently driving round with cushions at the back of the seat to try and keep it in a stable place.
Thanks

Common problem I'm afraid.
Peugeot should tell you that the answer is a new seat.
If it happened to me I'd bolt the seat in the position it is most convenient to be fixed in.
