1.1 engine keeps revving up by itself after its got warm!

Peugeot 206 T reg, 1.1 After a getting warm the engine starts to "hunt" or Rev up by itself, then goes into double time. To people on the pavement it sounds like the driver is revving up for a quick getaway. It is VERY annoying, it just keeps revving up, any ideas and has anyone else had this problem?

Where can I get a NEW throttle unit/assembly for my Pug 206 T reg? How much is it likely to be?
