Hi all,
I was wondering if you could help me with a problem i keep having with my 52 Reg Peugeot 206 1.1ltr 3 Door.
A few weeks ago i purchased a new heavy duty battery for my car as my other one went flat.
Two weeks after purchasing my new battery my car again was completly dead.
Nothing works at all.
If i charge the battery for a few hours or bump start the car it will run smoothly for about 2 days.
Then will be completly dead again.
I have taken it to a Auto Electrican and he seems to think it is a problem with the Engine Management System.
After reading some forums about people having the same trouble nothing was mentioned about Engine Management.
I have unplugged the battery after each journey for about a week now and it hasnt died.
Which points to something is drainng the battery.
Does any one have any ideas about what could be the cause of the problem??
