Hello Sarah, welcome to the forum.
You don't tell us the year and model of your car? You've checked both fuseboxes have you? If all fuses are good, and the bulbs both OK, then I'd suspect a relay in your engine compartment fusebox, or the switch itself. Relays can only be checked really by replacing with a known good one as far as I know. (I'm not an electrician though.) You can usually hear relays click when they are working. A relay should be a few pounds that's all. I'd take it to someone that knows Peugeots, an independent Pug specialist if you don't want to take it to your main dealer.
Best of luck, Ron
