Newbie With Roof Problem. Please help !!!!!

Hi all, great site, hopefully someone can help me and my little car. I was out and about in the sun today and on returning home attempted to put the roof back up. Windows went down like normal, back started opening and as it full opened the boot stopped. No beeping no nothing. Just stopped. Tried to close but still did not do nothing. No beeping. Left until husband got in. Went back out put key in ignition and tried again still no joy although windows open and close ok.

Attempt manual close. Roof up boot closed but would not fully close. (followed online guides to manual close) turned key again loads of bleeping then it stopped. Tried roof button. No joy. Reopened boot and lid. Checked white clips were ok and the boot stays down safely but white tipped clips do not hold the boot lid in place. As I close the boot they keep opening. They appear to have sensors near them and lock in place as boots up but as I manually close it they pop open and will not close. It looks like the white clips pop out but do not want to stay put to effectively close the boot. I am worried this is something major. Thought about sensors? Any advice please?

Sorry to learn of your problem.
Sounds as if you've searched through previous posts on the subject and done all the recommended things to reset it.
If it were mine I'd seek the help of my local Peugeot service agent. Hope you've got a good one near you.
