Rattle noises - Hi there - I have recently had problems with

I have a ratteling noise which appears to be coming from the front passenger side. Recently had the window seal replaced due to the windsows ratteling - should I be concered?

I too have many rattles, the most annoying being the reading light above the windscreen. It is worse with the hood down (I guess less stability) and would benifit from coming out and fixing more securely. How do I get it out without breaking the plastic?
