Hi to all the other owners and a bit of help (pleasums)

Hi all.

I didn't know this place existed what an amazing font of knowledge

Well, I love my little car and am making the most of this cc weather, well was, anyhow..... my car has let me down and failed her test on the reflector of one of the headlights. The garage has advised it is pretty shot and that I may as well replace the whole headlights. This sounded simple. But then I realised that my numpty-level of expertise was about to let me down.

In short, I need to know whether the cc headlight (02) would be the same as an ordinary 206? I'm hoping to buy one without too much ££ as I am skint at the mo, so if a 206 ones would fit then I could save some cash and source one myself.

Apologies for my first post being a plea for help :redface:

Welcome to the forum Vick,
I don't know the answer to your question but you could check with your local Peugeot agent and get a price for a new one. While you're at it you can then ask if the part numbers are the same for the 206 and the 206cc. You will be under no obligation to buy.
There are several on eBay but I would check the fitment with Peugeot before buying. The ones on eBay seem to be for patterned lenses rather than the clear ones.

Ello Vick, I've owned both 206 and 206cc and fiddled with headlights on both over the years.

I think they are identical in my opinion, also aftermarket headlights such as halo's will fit both 206 and 206cc models.

Do as Grandadmonkey says and check peugeot if you want complete piece of mind though.
