Alarm problem.....

Thinking about it, have you got an aftermarket stereo fitted & does the car struggle to start after the alarm sounds?
If so, it could be that the constant live feed is draining the battery very slightly, thus when the battery loses a certain amount of charge, the alarm activates as a low battery warning.
If not, it could be a dodgy sensor.
