Hi,
wondering if anyone can give me any advice......a couple of days ago my battery light began to come on intermittently, the yesterday, yep xmas eve, the abs light and battery light came on as i stopped the car, five minutes later when I came to turn the engine back on it wouldn't start, it turns over, but slowly, I did just assume this was a battery fault, but when I turn the ignition, the lights come on and the wipers despite actually being turned off. Does anyone know if this does happen with 206's when their battery fails? Or anyone know if this might be an electrical fault? I have a HDI 2.0 on a 51 plate.
Cheers Cherie

If the battery is 7 years old I would think it is about due for a new one.
But the other symptoms could mean something else is wrong....alternator??
I would try a new battery myself.
