Love the look of the 206cc and it looks like I am about to buy one. Going to see it tomorrow!
:scratch:What should I be looking for in the car as, like so many others, on reading some of the probs your members have had - I'm not so sure.
It will be a 1.6 (o3 or 53 plate).
What's DAC + cc in adverts??
Thanks!

Digital Air Conditional Plus Climate Control.
An 03 or 53 plate 1.6 is unlikely to have it I would think. My 05 1.6 Allure just has basic air conditioning. Climate control became standard later in 2005 i.i.r.c.

Take it for as long a test drive as you can, make sure the roof works perfectly, up and down. Make sure the aircon is ice cold. Check for clonks from the exhaust, a new exhaust is expensive. Check no lights on the dash which shouldn't be there. Make sure you get both keys, the security card, handbooks and service documents. Is service history complete and up to date? Locking wheel nut tool, puncture kit with aerosols, jack and wheelbrace should all be in polystyrene container in the boot.
If the car comes with a windstop that'll be a bonus.

Any problems walk away, there are plenty of good ones about and they'll all be a lot cheaper in a month or two when summer is over.
