I'm about to buy my first 206...

... a 1.9 LXD and unfortunately the seller does not have any service history for the car.

I was just wondering if you could tell me if there are any common faults etc that I should look for before I buy??

Sounds like an old style diesel. I know nothing about them. As far as I know they didn't fit them in the 206cc.
