Ihave a 54 plate 1.6 allure and the other day i was driving and the car started beeping telling me the engine coolant was too hot but before i even had time to stop it had sorted itself out and the temp gague never goes above halfway,its very puzzling.:/ Anyone got any ideas?
Could be a coolant temperature sensor on its way out. How many miles on the clock? Is it regularly serviced?
