replacement exhaust

hi all ,
just replaced the exhausts mid section and back box on my 2.0ltr 206 cc at national tyres
cost £260 just wondering if i've been ripped off or does this price sound about right.

£150 from Kwik-fit for mid section (no cat) and rear box
