what engine oil for 2002 2.0l ?

Looked in the users manual ( 2002 2.0l ) before I buy some top-up engine oil and got a bit confused..
It appears the prefrered oil is a fully synthetic,, either Esso Ultron or Total Quartz 9000,, what I cant work out is if it should be 5w-30 or 0w-30
Any ideas team :scratch:

This came up when the cc first came out and none of us could source the specified oil. I have used castrol edge and mobil 1 in my 2.0 and found mobil 1 fully synthetic 0-40 to be best.

Called the Local main pug dealer and they recommended Total Quartz 9000 fully synthetic 5w-40, however I found the last major service records for he car and Total Quartz 7000 semi-synthetic 10w-40 was put in by another dealer.
Bought a litre of the quartz 7000 at £4.08 from the main dealer
