Well to me it looks like the options are some/all of the following
Southern meet at the end of June at either Chessington, Thorpe or Legoland (possibly organised by Julia).
Meet in September at Alton towers (not organised by Julia) for everyone.
Even as "southerner" I'm like to go to both but we only have to worry about the date/location of the first for the time being. Starting with the date, I assume it's going to be a weekend so it's either
21 or 22 June, 28 or 29 June. Place bets now
