Fireworks and BBQ

Yay found it - here we go!

Lydiard Park: Saturday November 8, 1st Purton and Lydiard Scout Group fireworks and bonfire spectacular. Entrance via Hook Street. Gates open 5.30pm. Bonfire will be lit at 6pm. Tickets Â£5 for adults, Â£2 children and pensioners.

If its anything like last years display, wear wellie boots and take a torch cos it was as muddy as hell walking through the park - specially when you couldn't see where you were going lol

1st or 8th? Up to you, will go with the majority (and will have to find out if the christening is the 1st

I personally would recommend the Polo Ground display there is more to do there and it seems a bit better organised.. however, I will go with the majority as I'm not fussed either way!
