Congratulations Lyndon! Keep on making excellent choises such as the one before and the new now.
Perhaps I was never too close to you, but I could never forget the sense of excitement waiting my pug coming, and sharing this with you, or the sadness for people having bad times, and most of all the happiness having such a good time here and looking at smiling faces at your meetings. Everything I was feeling reading or writing in this site was great.
Thanks Lyndon and have fun with your new Z :!: :D :D :D

P.S. Don't be sorry Lyndon, no problem with the updates ;)
I LOVE to be OUTSIDER!

I am soooo jealous. Really like the 350Z (although I actually would go for the bronze with orange leather interior -- a bit like the black 'n' red CC). Unfortunately my family circumstances mean I really can't do 2-seaters, and there isn't much choice in 2+2s.

PS: out of interest, why didn't you get the roadster?

was thinking of getting sunset one but wanted a change after me firedance CC :D

didn't want a roadster coz IMHO fabric roofs look naff ok when down but up they spoil the look of the car plus the roadster isn't out till next march and me CC was starting to cost me money

Agreed. The 350Z roadster isn't a nice shape in the way that the coupé is. We found the same thing with the CLK which is why we didn't get the cabrio. IMHO the only current cabrio whose fabric roof looks OK is the MINI, because it apes the shape of the normal roof.

Lyndon, well done with the new car - it looks fantastic.

I'd like to say a big thank you to you for all you've one. Particulary how you embraced we Aussies when we started to get involved with your site. It's been a wonderful journey with lots of laughs and a few tense moments too. All in all it's been a great experience.

I went a drove a 307CC the other day with the view to possibly getting one, but wasn't too impressed. Very solid on the road but a little slow off the mark for my liking and that was the sports model! I've actually got my eye on the mini convertible. They haven't arrived here yet but as soon as I do I will check them out.

Hopefully we can all still stay in touch, however understand that this site will ultimately have to come to and end too.
Cheers

Frosty

Excellent Choice mate!!!!

The roadster is ace though!!! Dad spends lots of time in Japan with work and he had look round one as well as the new Skyline! Very very Sexy cars.

On another sad note....
I too shall soon be joining the former owner club.... Hopefully in the new year ill be getting an Alfa Romeo GT coupe.

Just out of curiosity and noseyness what was your trade in like against the Nissan?

Once again many thanks for your F**king Excellent site!!!! Both before and after the make over!!

We shall have to start a new owners club
Former owners and have meets comparing our new rides!!!!

Enjoy and keep that ass in a straight line!!!

Many Thanks

thx chris :D

sad to hear that yet another CC ownership is coming to an end :( i don't want to seem rude but have you seen value of alfa's after 3 years they are nice cars tho 8)

thx for the praise but like i've said b4 it's the users that make a site i just provide the server space :)

i got just under £9000 P/X which to be honest i didn't think was bad for 3 1/2 year old car, when ya look on ebay a few dealers are doing them for around £8000-£8500

was toying with the idea of setting up another website or maybe just adding another section to this one instead :D

i'll try and keep the Z on a straight line if possible

Enjoy your new car and keep an eye out for us CCers!

Cheers Lyndon.
