Malc has been one of the main protagonists for this becoming a "non-CC" forum. The way i see it, there are forums here for ICE, Interior, Exterior, Tuning, Problems etc etc......so why diss the Discussion forum? It confuses me somewhat. I agree with Duncan, I personally don't use any of the other Peugeot forums as they are all full of petrol heads and boy racers asking the SAME inane questions time and again about how to bleed another 0.1mph out of their cars (that they think look the dogs, but in reality look shite).
I bet Malc actually reads "Max Power" and likes the cars...me? I just flick through it and look at the women.
So, in summary, if you don't like this forum the way it is - bugger off. A lot of people spend a lot of time and effort making this place what it is, and some people are to quick to slag it off. When was the last time anyone said "Nice one Lyndon, you've created an enjoyable website to visit and i thank you for giving me somewhere to express my views on all sorts of topics and not just the Peugeot 206CC, with like minded people".

So, "Thankyou" Lyndon (and everyone else) - I for one, like it just fine.

good point to praise lyndon coz i can just see him getting home from work tonight, logging onto the forum, then thinking, oh no not again.

greg made a good point regarding the other sections where you can post if you want some info and when you think of it - discussion is perfect for discussing anything else.

at the end of the day there are plenty of members left that do actually contribute a great deal to the forum with regards to the CC & humour.

chill people. i agree with the above posts surely the discussion forum is for general chit chat. where as there are other forums for tuning etc.....

if we had a forum like you want malc this place would be so boring and i think you may be chatting alone. just go with the flow instead of complaining. :D :D :

col here is the piccy. i think its sooooooo cool.

You might not be surprised to hear that I am with Malc on this one, I've been shot down for airing similar views in the past.

I've spoken with a couple of other forum users (non CC), they have 'Off Topic' and 'Flame' forums (I know we have 'General' !) - just a suggestion.

If anything - there seems to be one thing that we all agree on, and that's the stirling work Lyndon has done, and the invaluable help from the likes of Rob, Derek, Robbie et al. I've used this place to solve my niggles and issues, buy/sell bits and get my questions answered for 20months now, and am sure I will use it in until we get rid. It's too useful to leave, far easier to ignore the posts you don't like the look of.
