Hi I just put windows down manually , then undid front latches opperated motor throught relay did not press open relay as had boot open.jused used close relay, have I done it wrong

Not sure, when you do the relay trick the idea is because it doesnt rely on sensors you can keep it pumping until all the hydraulic latches on the boot lid are closed at this point the pump will slow down and get louder as it is straining rather than relying on faulty sensors and a stuck roof. When it in the closed state its a good idea to reset the roof ecu with pp2k then it should work properly providing all the switches work.

If you do the relay trick just to close the roof and all the bootlid latches arent closed youll just confuse it and it will self disable to protect itself

Hi could do with a step by step guide lol going to try tonight, so lift the boot lid open the closing relay casing keep front roof latches closed opperat the roof and hope for a bong then go into pp2k to clear all the faults
reason i ask was thinking at work due to the operation of the relays there is no way you can operate the opening relay withough hitting the boot lid or killing your self
will update soon.
just seen to that microswitches are not avalible anymore to from peugeot well most of them

Making progress had another 206 in and with roof up on the right and left latches there should be 5/6v I have nothing.tryed relay trick but as mu roof working no different from holding control switch checked wiring from micro switches all good lookjng like evu any one had similar roof statusnon diagnosis does not change

Grest result will do a full right up broken wires fround in middle of boot lid rubbef through.No voltage on left and right boot hinges.relay trick good but as my roof went all the way back was no help but good for others.
