Re: Hello folks
As Capncol says you need the wind deflector
with that fitted have the windows up and the heater on full and it's possible to have the roof down
in sub zero conditions
(been there,done that
)
Be prepared for some strange looks from people though!!
Also being a guy driving a CC be prepared for all the jokes about hairdressers car/womens car/didn't
realise you were gay (etc,etc
)

Yep. I've had the hairdresser comment from so called mates.
Anyone want a bouffant done?

Re: Hello folks
Looks like I need a wind deflector then
How do they fit on? I've seen some on ebay around the £170 mark, however there is a much cheaper one (from Belgium) at £70 + £9.99pp - would I be wasting my money on buying a cheaper one?
Was going to post the link to the ebay item but maybe I don't have enough posts to post URL links yet.

Re: Hello folks
There are 2 fixed locating pins to the rear that fit into the seat belt apertures, then there are 2 *shoot bolts* that pick up on a moulded hole in the side panel just below the front seat belt apertures. Takes seconds to fit.
The Belgium ones look ok in the pics, but not seen one in the flesh.
On a factory one, the upright part folds down flush on the horizontal part for stowage. My only concern would be if the joint would be up to the job on the cheaper one.
