Hi all, :D

I am new to the peugeot car scene and i have read a few posts on the handbrake. Like some others i have to pull the handbrake right up and even then it still does not hold as it should.

I think it must be cabhle stretch and i wondered if anyone knew how easy it is to adjust.

Just thought i would ask first before diving in and trying to sort it.

Many Thanks
Andy :D

Adjusting the handbrake on the 206 is simple. Just remove the handbrake surround and I think there is a nut or 2 that you just turn clockwise. Keep tightening until you get about 3 clicks from the handbrake before it locks the rear wheels is roughly about right.
