Have a letter from St Peters Peugeot in Worcester apologising for poor standard of service in the past, saying how they have employed new staff etc and offering 10% reduction in cost on next service.

Goin in for first MOT next week....we will see!!

I must say, all the problems I had with my local dealer and felt the need to complain to pug have improved by light years !

I went to my local Pug garage 2 days ago. The service has improved no end. Could be a one off, but the guy I spoke to said that there has been some major training going on for Peugeot technical staff refering to cc models. It would seem things are on the up for cc owners.

Oh well.....took car in for MOT. Got to the garage only to be told that they had no MOT certificates so couldnt do it that day!!! Had booked a valet and 3 year service as well. So we go back next weekend...and now I'm thinking maybe they could have offered the valet free of charge by way of an apology!!

We'll see........ :|

Mine said that they tried to phone me...but when I phoned at 5 the day before to book the valet the lack of MOT certificates wasnt even mentioned!!! Once I'm past the 3 year warranty I dont have to take it to a Peugeot dealer any more do I?

You can take it anywhere you like from day one, as long as the garage uses parts that are of the same standard as peugeot's own.
