I've had my 206cc for 2 months and in the last couple of days I've notice a rattle on the rear parcel shelf. Upon close inspection the hoops seem to be loose and rattling a bit. Should the hoops be firm or is this usual? Do I need to tightn the bolts on the hoops?
I'm no mechanic but my guess is: YES
Just gently but firm pull the back seats forward until they snap loose so you can reach the screws atteched to the hoops and thighten them.
Then the problem should be solved?
If not, then go to the dealer, because the hoops are there for safety!
(though my guess is they wouldn't help you that much when you roll over?)
