does CC in australia come with a baby seat?????

I am sure that have seen this topic before but just couldn't find it. As the previous discussion, baby seat is a standard accessory that you have to get from your dealer or will get trouble to selling them. is this true???
I am taking delivery next weekend and my dealer said there's no such standard accessory!!! Does anyone have CC in australia get their CC babyseat?? or just a rumour?? Anyone can help?????? Thanks!!!!!!
