Can anyone help on how best to cover up a chip thats dont to the metal I know from past experience that the brush that comes with the touchup paint it too fat and the bristles are not flexable enough has anyone covered the chip successfully, any suggestions greatly received could call chips away as I have done before but a very expensive way of doing it.
Thanks in advance.

One method is to cut the brush down to only a few bristles...I know from past experience that the brush that comes with the touchup paint it too fat and the bristles are not flexable enough

Thanks everyone for your help I'm thinking just to cover it myself just to stop rust from happening then when weather gets warmer then get the chap from chips away to do it properly, I contacted him and he told me to get artist brush no.000 and only put the metalic paqint on and not to use the lacquer.

If you only want a temporary job done, use a Turtle Wax Chipstick - just fills the hole with wax.

Spoke to my dealer today and asked if I could order some touchup paint for my car and the reply was " some of colours we are unable to get for certain Peugeots " so I said what do I do leave it to rust so I can pay you £££'s to re-spray the boot, I got no reply so I thought whats the point.
