I just checked on ebay, and theres some more lexus style lights for the pug 206 (ebay number 726774396 ).

They're quite cheap - £109 plus £11 postage so £120!

Just bought some myself!

B.T.W. does anyone know if they'll fit a cc? I assume they would....

I know that this issue has come up before but what is the difference between 206 rear lights and 206CC rear lights. I have seen the lights on ebay but do the £109 ones not just fit or do they need trimming??
Please help! :? :?

As i understand it the standard 206 lights will fit with a bit of trimming. There is an article on this site that explains how to do it.

I am waiting for mine to arrive, any day now so i'll let you know (if its not too late) how i get them to fit, because fit they will! :)

Cheers guys.

goldnut - did you get yours off a bloke called Ste Toole? I'm kind of panicking now as I think I've bought the wrong ones! Emailed him the other day about it, but no reply!

Don't panic too much. if you have got the wrong ones and can't swap them for the right ones they can be adapted. Thats what a lot of us have had to do as only satndard light where available. See the Pictures page.

:( :) :D

Cheers.

Finally got hold of him!

I'm just going to throw and extra 15 squid in his way and he'll send me the lights for the CC.

He said to allow 28 days for delivery... I can't wait that long! Too exited!

Anyone know how long they normally take??

Yep it took nearly 28 days, i wish he had told me it was going to take that long instead of the promised despatch days coming and going.

Still I have them now and fitted them too. I got the std 206 and trimmed them down. It is easy enough, it took a little longer than the 30 mins that Rob quoted, but if you've done it once it would be quicker the next time, I just spent ages marking them, checking and double checking oh and then checking again to make sure i didnt cut off too much.
I have a habit of getting a little carried away and have been known to trim first and check later. But it wasnt going to happen this time!

No worries mate.

I sent him an email last night and he said they were in the post as we speak! Haven't recieved them, but hoping for tomorrow :) Just hope it's dry enough to fit them!

All I need now is the quad lights for the front....

I'm also waiting for the lexus lights from the guy on ebay. Said they were in the post two weeks ago but still havent arrived.

Another couple of weeks then I think we may have to call round with a blowtorch and a pair of pliers!!! :x

Ok blowtorch and pliers can be returned to B&Q now.

Lights arrived yesterday after 3 wks, but were well worth the money. Good quality, look superb and were packaged carefully.
