Hi,
My bower fan rotates but I have lost flow to all outlets. IE. The blower motor blows nothing. The selection of flow path does not work. demist, front flow, foot flow change on screen, but nothing!
It is like no "flaps" are moving.
Cheers,
Iain.
PS. blower fan sounds like it is doing nothing.

Re: Cabin fan flow NOT
The flaps are electronically controlled, so the first thing to try is a BSI reboot, in the hope of a quick win.

I had not thought of that.
Simple things first.

Re: Cabin fan flow NOT (Solved)
Hi,
The motor was running in reverse!
My fault.
For 3 months I have been freezing my nipples & cleaning my inner windscreen of water + ice.
Long story..
Actually looking forward to the 20-mile drive in the morning.
My blower fan is powered by a LiFePO4 20AHr battery after I lost power to it over a year ago.
Thanks,
Iain.

Re: Cabin fan flow NOT (Solved)
Are the flaps also powered by the "auxiliary" battery?

Re: Cabin fan flow NOT (Solved)
Hi Ian,
They are not.
A red Herring I am embarrassed to say.
I wrongly assumed the cabin fan was rotating the correct way & as there was minimum flow from any outlet, wrongly assumed that the flaps were not working.
I wear the donkey ears of shame.
Cheers,
Iain.
