Beeping when opening windows/roof

Hello, today I came back from holiday and after I tried to pull down the roof car started beeping, so I tried to open windows but it still haven't done anything just beeping. Everything but windows and roof it working without problem. I am not really experienced in car works so please if you have an idea what the problem might be try to explain it as easy as possible. Thanks for every help!

is cover pulled across in the boot? might be the micro switch on that.

Could you describe the beeps?
Is it a single beep, a continuous beeping?

Also do you hear the confirmation beep when opening the roof latches?
After you open the roof latches, there should be a short beep to confirm the system is ready to open.
