I hope someone can give me some advice.
I've a 206cc 1.6 16v 2005 and yesterday & today the cooling fan has stayed on for a while after switching engine off (never happened before) also I've noticed the temp gauge is going up to and just above the line between 90 and red. This is on a 10 mile journey at around 50/55 mph. Getting worried something is really wrong, this poor car is costing me a fortune but I love it! :-(

Simple things first- Has it got enough coolant? Is it clean or a horrible gungy rusty orange colour?
Cheers Col.
