Hey I own a Peugeot 206cc 2004 and sometime in the last 6 hours it's decided to die completely battery is fine green light on and tested at 12.8 but when I go to use central locking it doesn't work and I have to manually lock it. Also when I try turn the ignition on and start it nothing happens occasionally my dash will flash for a split second but other then that nothing

You don't tell us much about the car, how long you've owned it and its service history, mileage etc but I'd be asking myself:
When was the battery last renewed in the key remote? How old is the car battery? Has it got the correct height battery on it? - should be 190mm tall instead of the 175mm one for the hatchback. If someone has put the shorter battery on the 206cc it can cause connectivity issues.

From the title of the thread I was expecting to find a story about an addictive book or maybe some visionary impairment.
You have rushed the original post and given little detail but I assume you are saying you have no electrics on the car. I would check the earth lead but check there is a special powering down incantation you need to do first before disconnecting battery apparently.
