Sounds like heater fan resistor blown. Either part of the Fan motor assembly, or seperate in the ductwork depending on heater system.
Remove the glovebox assembly and look high up behind centre of dash and you will see the motor. If it has two electrical plugs it is the former type, if one, the latter and the resistor pack is in the ducting roughly the mirror image of where the motor is, so look up above clutch pedal.
When requesting help of a technical nature, please give as much detail of the fault as possible along with details of exact model, engine size & type, gearbox, year, mileage, and any relevant work carried out to try to solve the problem to help us help you.
Better still, put the details in your signature.
A blocked pollen filter can restrict the airflow and cause the heater fan resistor to blow so when you repair it I'd check the pollen filter and renew it if it hasn't been changed for a year or two. It is a two minute job - pop the bonnet, reach into the void behind the right hand suspension strut and withdraw the old filter, then put the new one in its place.

Just had to remove my heater resistor, you have to slide the recirculate sliding control depending upon model, then on lying on your back get into the foot well on the drivers side if right hand drive look up behind the dash, you will see a tube, move the sliding control and you will see the recirculating pipe open and reveal the resistor. Now this is where you end up with scrapes and cuts...we I did as the plastics around this are sharp so take care, make sure the key is in your pocket as well as you don't want power to the resistor. reach up with your hand into the open duct, twist the resistor block and pull, the connector has clips on the edged and these both need pressing in while removing the connector...the bad part is you have to do this one handed as the space is tight. once removed check for signs of scorching. I found nothing wrong with the resistor block but it was burnt on one of the connectors, I had to remove the loom, so to check the loom, put your hand back in the duct and push the connector back through the hole, now where the dash clock is you will need to remove the cover, pull from the front (Closest to the window) then the cover slides forward, there is 2X torx screws to remove the display, now in the opening on the right you can find the resistor wires, pull them to get the connector out and check for burnt out wires or connector, if the connector is ok then push it back through, the resistor block can be checked with a DVM (Digital Volt Meter) to check the resistors - although I will be replacing mine because after finding and repairing the wires the blower only works on 4, there is also a possibility that the control console may be faulty so I may be replacing that as well. Hope this helps you track down your fault and keep us posted on your findings as it may help others to track down their faults.
