New poster, new driver...

Post by SamNI96 »

Hi guys how's it all going!

Just thought I'd get on a 206 forum. Recently purchased my first car! A 2004 1.1L 206 S in metallic black. It's not perfect, and she's had a fair few miles racked up on her but hey! Does me rightly!

Electric windows, central locking, heat, AC etc...

I'll get some photos up if I can when I actually get her.

Insurance still an issue. In Northern Ireland people don't seem to fancy quoting us and my premium looks to be about £2600 odd with my Mum as a named driver. If anyone can help, that'd be a major plus point for me. The Wolfrace Alloy Wheels seem to hurt the insurers a bit... Haha!

You might be better off on 206info.co.uk or peugeotforums.com ... we'd love you to stay and to help you but this one focuses more on the CC so we don't have the same engine, etc ... although many of the Pug problems can be the same .. apart from our wonderful electric folding roof!

Even fitting 2nd-hand standard Pug alloys will push up the price ...

But it's the right thing to do, declare them, if you don't they could refuse to pay out if you have to claim even if it was 100% someone else's fault ...
