Post by chrisylad24 »

hi all my wife picked her new 206 cc today its bright red and looks fantastic ,its an 05 reg and has only done 32000 miles we have been out for a good drive in it and its great but there is one thing i am curious about ,when in 5 th gear overrun down hill the car judders as if it wants to cut out if you drop it down to 4th it seems better does anybody else have this and is it just a case of poor gear selection any advice would be great thanks...... chris

Mine did that when the spark plugs were 8 years old (28,000 miles). A new set of genuine Bosch spark plugs from my friendly Peugeot main dealer when I next serviced the car sorted out the problem. Until I changed the plugs I just changed down to a lower gear earlier.
