I'm having a few electrical problems.
The drivers side window has intermitant problems when I try and close it. It opens easily but does not close very well. I need to repeatedly pump the button and eventually it will suddenly close.
Also recently the odometer has started to stop working well, it's only partially showing some of the numbers.
The lights on the dash have always seemed a bit faded as well and the central clock/date area is only showing partial numbers as well now.
If anyone can help that would be great as I'm worried at some point the window will stop working completely.
Thanks

Re: Window and Dash Electrical Problems
Can only comment on odometer display but may be of some help. Had same problem and bought a 2nd hand dash display off ebay with the same mileage on, mine is an early 206cc (2000) and had the twin plug at the back, swapped it without any problems and now working great, However if it is the single plug type the display is coded to the car where as the early ones are not. So to put simply if you have a single plug type display it is likely that it will need to be programmed to the car and it won't run too, I could stand to be corrected on this by someone who knows better but it worked as a straight swap on the early type clock as per mine.

Re: Window and Dash Electrical Problems
Hiya,
Mine's and old type so I expect I'll have a twin plug. Thanks for the info. Desperate to still try and sort my window though. If anyone out there can help I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for the info on the dash though.
