car not starting

hi all changed the clutch in my pug 206cc 2.0 this week when i came to start car it wont start fob is working ie locking doors lights are working wipers are working i can hear the fuel pump starting up no errors codes coming up on dash but then trying to start it battery went flat and it went into econ mode anybody know whats up with this cos its doing my head in
