Engine wont start due to flood
Had my Peugeot 206 SE CC 2.0Ltr years and never had a problem, yet I hit flood water and the car died. It would not bump, and just a clicking noice when turning over. Having been towed to dry ground, it seems trace of water in cylinders 1 & 4, but no traces in the oil. With the plugs out, and in gear, simple rocking is showing the engine seized solid. Any ideas.??

Thanks CapnCol, had a feeling could be along them lines..!! May need to price up engine or repairs either way.

You need an EW10J4 (RFN) Engine, which can be found in the 2.0ltr 16V Citroen Xsara /C5 /C4 & Peugeots 206/ 307/ 406/ Expert van. Just make sure it is the same code/ year engine.
