wanted air vent slider switch

:trumpet: hi i am desperately seeking a sp air vent ( the chrome switch ) as i have lost mine when i took it to be cleaned i have looked on ebay but i have not found any i see they come with a full air vent but i only need the little slider switch i would be grateful if any one could help thanks :)
