hi all, im new here, i have not quite got my 206cc yet but in aug that all changes and the adventure begins.

first of all il start by saying my dad lives in spain and has got 2 206cc's one is a 1.6 and the other is the gti. in febuary i went over 2 visit him and wilst staying there he asked if i wanted the 1.6 as a gift, delighted i said yes of course. next problem is getting it back over, how am i gonna do that, its some drive... or wait road trip woot i cant wait. its now may and i have the flight over booked for august and the way back is gonna be drive from just outside gibraltar to santander were i will get a boat from there to portsmouth then a treck from there 2 edinburgh its gonna be sweet. the car aint without its faults though. needs a new clutch its totaly gone. so my dad is gonna replace that before i get there and the break pads aswell.

i have a holiday next month to turkey for a week, tbh i dont care abotu that at all, i want it to be aug next month instead anyways il show you's a few pics of the car bellow so you can see why i might be excited about it all....

its the geen one im gettin still tho im happy about it. it also has a bit damage to the body due to my dad selling it to a **** who couldnt drive, they wrecked it and then my dad got it back off them for penny's n now its mine, but thats nothing a few hours hard labour wont repair, gonna get it resprayed aswell the paint job is to damaged to get repaired unfortunatly or i would have it done as i think it looks nice.

It's certainly in need of some TLC. Did your Dad mod the interior?

yeah but its all good, a wee bit time spent on it and she will be sorted

and he didnt do any of the mod's, in gibralter there was about 5 modded 206's at one point and as time passed they got sold on for new projects and my dad got the green one first , then he got the orange one as payment for a job the orange one has over £15000 of mods on it so he got a good deal there and as soon as he got that 1 the green was got sold but then after a good few bumps he got it back and its sat in his drive for a year.

green is awful and orange is ok though looks like most of the spanish cars ive seen for the past week im in dent central

yeah its not rust that kills them over there its there incompetent driving, and every1 is entitled to there own opinions on the cars

hi kev, thanks..... and yup it is going to be some project. i realy cant wait , gonna be fun. it cant stay the colour it is as i said, but im insure what colour to go realy and prices to do it, finaly got a good job so the cashflow is definatly flowing now il take pic's as i go but that aint untill aug . things im looking at are:

superchip and respray, i can do the prep work. any ideas on pricing roughly any info is appreciated
