Help... Roof Problems

Post by tiggertc1969 »

Hi there,
My husband bought me my Peugeot 206cc about 12 months ago now... Last year I had no problems with the roof at all but for some reason this year, I went to put the roof down and it just refuses to budge.
I do the usual routine..
1.. put the blind across in the boot
2.. get in my car and turn ignition on
3.. unclip roof catches
4.. press the button down to start the roof.
When I press the button in between the two front seats, I get no joy, no noise, no bleeping nothing.
I have had a couple of mechanics look at it and say that it was possibly the ecu... I have now replaced that and still no joy... I have done the battery re-set.... I've had the car put on a diagnostics and it doesn't come up with any problems....

Has anyone got any ideas what it could be please....? Thanks :love-thx:
Tina
