I can't believe it. I just spent 500 over quid on a new ECU one month ago and now i get the same prob again - Engine Immobiliser Fault.
What happened was I turn the key and the word "Engine Immobiliser Fault" appears on the MFD and loud repetitive sound keep sounding in the car. I can't start the car.
Could this time be caused by my remote control? Maybe the battery is low? The reason i suspect this is because the last time my ecu broke, my remote control still works. This time it didn't work
Or any other possibilities? Pls don't tell me I have to chg my ECU again!

An ECU shouldn't be allowed to break, these things should last forever. If mine were broken I'd had it removed and wouldn't place a new one. Especially at those silly prices.melwong wrote:I can't believe it. I just spent 500 over quid on a new ECU one month ago and now i get the same prob again - Engine Immobiliser Fault.
