in exactly one month my CC will be 7 years old. Currently done 191.000 km.
today my CC passed the yearly testing/examination/investigation which is obliged here in Holland.
And is passed without any faults (except for 2 lights) so in all it was only 50 euros/40 quid.

I only have some minor issues with my 206 cc, all problems are solved.

In 2-3 years I am going to sell this car and I will have done 250.000 by then :)

Hi David, good to hear from you. I think I'd part exchange it for a new car while dealers are having a job to sell them if it was mine. It's going to start costing you money.
Regarding the water pump I'd generally advise getting it replaced at the same time as the timing belt. Often much cheaper in the long run.
Best of luck,
